Mom, if you're reading this post, I'm going to appologize in advance for using a bad word or two.  I don't normally indulge in foul language in my blog but no other words would suffice.

I'm so fucking sick of Jay Leno and all of the macho bullshit posturing America does with anything related to gay people.  I really am.  This sort of thing should embarass everyone, but instead people chuckle and smile and shake their heads in amusement at Jay's "harmless" teasing.

This sort of nonsense isn't funny or clever or witty.  There are millions of gay kids out there who are scared and alone and worried about their lives and safety, and when Neanderthals like Jay F-ing Leno make fun of their suffering, it's wrong and shameful and despicable.  Thank you Ryan for not stooping and playing along.
